First of all, there are a lot of differences between the laser bore sight and laser bullet in terms of their names. They don't have a standard name because each country's language is different and they are new. As for Laser Bore Sight, there is also the Laser Bore Sighter and Laser Illuminators. As for Laser Bullet, there are more other names, such as laser Training Cartridge, Dry Fire Laser Cartridge, Dry Fire Laser Cartridge and Laser Trainer cartridge...

Second, the products are related to firearms, but they serve very different purposes.

The laser bore sight is used to align firearm barrel and sight before shooting by illuminating the aim point with a laser beam at a particular distance. It’s a method of boresighting which allows more movement in the gun without remove the bolt, so makes gun optical zeroing much faster.

There are two types of laser bore sights. One is chamber in laser bore sight shaped like a cartridge; another is universal laser bore sight and is attached to the muzzle of the barrel, either by inserting into the bore with different arbors or a magnet.

The laser bore sighters become popular for sighting in rifles, pistols, and shotguns. You can insert the cartridge laser bore sighters into the chamber, it will project a laser beam through the barrel onto the target. The user then adjusts the rifle scope until the crosshairs are on the projected laser dot.

There are two types of electronics for laser cartridge. One is that the laser will turn on when the trigger is pulled and will keep on when the firing-pin press of the end cap. This circuit mode is suitable for most of firearms, like handgun. Another is that the laser will turn off after 50 milliseconds or 80 milliseconds or 150 milliseconds once the firing pin release the end cap. This circuit is suitable for firearms which with hard firing needles, such as most rifles.
