1.TEC cooling and heating principle

In order to improve the stability and service life of the semiconductor laser, the design of the refrigeration system is one of the very important means. Common refrigeration includes: water cooling, air cooling, TEC. For indoor environment use, TEC is a very good way. TEC does temperature control and can work in two directions, namely cooling and heating. When the temperature of the diode is high, the TEC will try to cool it, but if the temperature of the diode is low, the TEC will try to heat it. But if the use environment is outdoor, air cooling and water cooling are more commonly used.
